ROBERT D. JOHNSON:

Mr. Johnson’s primary emphasis of practice is in the areas of Trusts, Personal and Business Asset Protection Planning & Structuring, Estate Planning, and Business & Real Estate transactions. Mr. Johnson has formed and advised numerous Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and Trusts. In the past Mr. Johnson has also been heavily involved in Entertainment client representation both as an attorney and on the artist management side through his company, Spank Management, LLC.
